They gave strategy and put scalable processes in place. Then, they trained our existing personnel and gave them all KPIs and goals. All our numbers went up, from website traffic to revenue. Was considering using this company for a gig I found on a freelance website, Fiverr.com. Owner (Michael Volkin) made threats after pushing an order I did not want delivered after reading through the lines of what a gimmicky offer it was. (made aware right at purchase time). "bait & switch".

Made threats to ruin reputation immediately after I requested to cancel a $5 order.

Not sure this is how you run a business at a "CMO" level. Not sure who has worked with him, but this is just awful and please do not make the same mistake as I did.
