Project Overview

CASE STUDY In the span of 3 years, the Instrata brand has expanded to Brooklyn, Washington D.C., Dallas and Los Angeles. We have been the brand stewards throughout the entire expansion.We started with a simple but grand vision: create a sophisticated & approachable real-estate brand that delivers more than just modern buildings, spacious apartments and impressive amenities. Instrata delivers a stylish urban lifestyle that engages and inspires residents. In every city, Instrata is more than just an address. SilverCreative has supported the leasing staff as each building goes through its rebranding process. We developed a brand guideline document to ensure consistency across the portfolio.We support the leasing offices with advertising assets and broker outreach materials as well as resident communication tools. We produced a national video and a bi-annual magazine. The success of the brand and clear messaging have been an exciting accomplishment.
