The Opportunity:
One year after NARS opened their Houston storefront, they were seeking some much-needed customer engagement. Though located in the stylish River Oaks Shopping District, NARS struggled to connect with the consumers they knew they had in town. A lack of visible signage from the street meant many locals didn’t even know they were here–and the boutique was not seeing the foot traffic and sales they had anticipated.
Our Solution:
We increased the community’s awareness of their new location by connecting NARS to our strategic partners and organizing a fabulous series of in-store events. Through leveraging social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing, we helped NARS drive sales and reach a wider local audience than ever before.
