Project Overview
Synaply is an AI-powered team knowledge engine that helps sales organizations capture qualitative insights and turn them into repeatable wins. Build Me App partnered with Synaply across strategy, design, and delivery to build a scalable SaaS platform with a companion mobile app. On web, we implemented the insights workflow, advanced search and filters, role-based access, and an SEO-ready marketing site with a streamlined sign-up funnel. On mobile (React Native), we delivered fast, on-the-go check-ins, push-notification nudges, quick browsing of team insights, and offline-friendly drafting—so reps can capture context in the moment. The AI layer powers summarization and coaching cues, helping managers identify patterns and next steps. Under the hood, we set up secure multi-tenant foundations, analytics events, and CI/CD to support rapid iteration. The result is a tighter reporting loop for reps, clearer coaching signals for managers, and a maintainable codebase that supports new features and integrations without disrupting existing teams.Client
