Ballast Point was at an inflection point in 2012, needing to make the move from a regional craft brewer to a national craft brand. MiresBall developed a strategy and brand platform to differentiate them in an increasingly crowded craft marketplace. The new brand essence “Dedicated to the Craft,” became the refined expression that would amplify and focus the authentic, highly coveted brand for growth. The scope included brand strategy, look and feel, identity, packaging, website, and a myriad of consumer touchpoints including 18 wheelers, restaurant, tasting room, in-store, signage, merchandise, an MLB beer garden experience, and more.Client
