Project Overview
The Hi campaign concept was born out of a need to introduce CHI Franciscan Health and its new brand to the growing communities it serves.
Designed to position the hospital system as caring and compassionate, it pulled people in with the power of simplicity. The campaign appealed to our broad demographic as the act of saying “hi” is one that is universally relatable – as well as translatable to numerous health care scenarios.
With 90 million impressions overall, there was an increase by 11%-115%percent in class registrations across major service lines from Bariatrics, to Orthopedics and Sports Medicine to Family Birth.
Its Facebook page saw significantly more activity with a 71% increase in total page likes, a 100% increase in average shares and comments and a 33 % increase in monthly timeline visits.
Overall, the Hi campaign effectively introduced CHI Franciscan Health and its new brand to the neighborhoods it serves, serving as a springboard for year two branding efforts and beyond.
