Client was looking to grow women's handwear sales and increase awareness of OutDry benefits within MH product lines. Through our work in Outdoor Lifestyle, Spawn's research uncovered that women want the right fit and straight talk - behavior over gender.
Spawn designed a series of focus groups, including hand measurement and product testing/feedback, with its Outdoor Woman's Panel. The results included the client adding 2 sizes to select lines of women's handwear and launching a series of new web videos to clearly demonstrate the benefits of their waterproof products. New sizing and messaging, based in part on results from Spawn's analysis of focus group outcomes, led to a reported 43% YOY increase in overall glove sales for FY14.Client
