Project Overview
For this project Amway approached us to help them communicate their Post Launch Redesign Process. Our goal was to provide clarity for Amway Durables R&D design process to the global process and support team to enable seamless collaboration between Ada, Singapore and ACCL. Once we were able to convey all the appropriate information for the Mature Product Redesign Process on a single graphic we were then tasked with creating additional informational graphics where a team member could drill down to find more information about the processes of investigation, communication, e-build, manufacturing trial and plant trial. Each document was then uploaded to the internal Amway system and hotlinked to more information a team member could access for a given process.Client
