Project Overview

With headquarters in Lake Nona, the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute helps global leaders learn to expand their energy and perform at their personal best through comprehensive in-person and online energy management training. Based on 30 years of research and training with elite performers, HPI was founded by Dr. Jim Loehr and Dr. Jack Groppel, with their flagship Corporate Athlete® Course helping empower individuals to achieve sustained high performance. Today, HPI’s client base includes Fortune 500 executives, medical professionals, and military Special Forces. As a longtime partner of HPI, our team has provided the energy management innovators with a full suite of creative services, including but not limited to: Brand Development Rising to the challenge of communicating the company’s personal and professional development services, we developed visual and messaging conveying the organization’s offerings to be used across print and digital platforms. The inclusion of unique graphic symbols alongside photography created an easily recognizable brand identity for HPI. This included the illustrated “blue man,” which visually showcased the varying levels of energy engagement in an individual, as well as the energy fulfillment occurring after instituting the HPI energy management principles. Sales Collateral Development Arming the HPI sales force with a wide variety of promotional materials, our team implemented the updated brand identity across a full suite of sales collateral. This included the creation of interactive presentations, product information sheets, pocket folders and sales brochures. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation With both online and in-person offerings of their signature Corporate Athlete® Training, our digital marketing team created strategic digital creative and media campaigns to drive awareness of and attendance to the courses.
