Project Overview
Through Medicare’s ISNP program and a partnership with Optum, Kustom Kinetics provides durable medical equipment to help prevent nursing home residents from being hospitalized at no cost to the care facility or patient. With the right medical supplies available, residents are able to stay healthier and remain in their facility instead of transferring to the hospital and incurring additional expenses. The Kustom Kinetics exclusive mobile application helps connect nursing and admin staff at facilities to check eligibility requirements and review product details. Based on the user’s zip code, the app also connects with the appropriate sales representative to place an order.Client
