Project Overview

Improving Customer Experience – MacuHealth, a well-known brand, was primarily sold on Amazon by resellers, leading to a subpar customer experience not in line with the brand's standards. New Product Launches – MacuHealth has a pipeline of new products requiring a strategic plan to be launched and gain market share on competitive platforms like Amazon. PPC – Initially, there were no campaigns to grow market share or protect MacuHealth listings from competitors. Conversion Rate – Despite existing brand awareness, there was untapped potential to increase conversions. We have consistently increased sales, making Amazon a lucrative sales channel for MacuHealth. We continue to surpass Amazon’s average Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with an impressive 8-1 ratio in all our advertising efforts.
