Post-it notes are great for grocery lists and quick reminders. But using them as your customer relationship management system is hardly ideal. Depending on them to remind you to follow-up with a prospect, prod you to make regular contact with a client, or provide you a way to quickly record and access all client contact history is an obviously inferior and unreliable approach. For that matter, the same could be said of notebooks, daytimers, three-ringed binders, and spreadsheets. All these items have a purpose, but managing client interaction is not it!Client
