Project Overview
The Client In order to manage the quality of care, Bradford Teaching Hospital created a program called PRASE to monitor patients experience whilst resident in their care. The Problem To create an intuitive and engaging data capture system to be used by hospital volunteers to record a patients opinion of the quality of their care. The Solution Through UX workshops The Distance produced a highly usable app solution which connected with The Core to provide regular insight into data capture, in order to improve hospital facilities.Client
