Project Overview
Dial a Bottle is a well-known Canadian alcohol delivery service that lets customers order beer, wine, and spirits for rapid local delivery. Build Me App partnered with Dial a Bottle to modernize their digital experience across web and mobile. We designed the UX from search to checkout, refreshed the brand system, and developed a performant storefront with secure payments and location-based availability.
On mobile, we used a cross-platform stack to deliver a consistent, fast user experience and implemented features like account management, saved addresses, and order notifications. On the web, we streamlined product discovery, improved the cart/checkout flow, and integrated with third-party services for inventory, delivery dispatch, and analytics.
The platform is built to scale—supporting new regions, promos, and compliance updates—with ongoing maintenance and growth marketing (SEO, paid search, and landing page optimization). The result is a smoother ordering journey, increased conversion through a simplified checkout, and a flexible foundation for future feature releases.Client
