The client is a university in Malaysia committed to the lifelong learning and professional development of its students. The client provides diverse education programmes and opportunities, integrating ongoing technological advancements into its teaching methods and providing open-distance learning to working adults as well.
Challenge
The key challenge the client faced was that there was little to no information about their services and educational programmes available beyond their website. This lack of brand awareness meant that student intake was incredibly low.
