THE PROBLEM:
Clearview Federal Credit Union was introducing and enrolling members into a new checking account with added features and benefits. Challenges included confusion and the potential for upsetting members who felt like they were forced to change accounts.
THE RECIPE:
Elisco conducted market research to finalize the account name “Absolute Checking®.” The campaign theme “Just Like You” focused on specific members and what makes them unique and special. These members promoted specific features of the checking account.
