Project Overview
Sash (inc its sibling companies) is a large yet continually innovating and growing firm. Their marketing was being managed by inhouse non-marketing staff, who were responsible for managing the various activities and agencies involved. As such only parts of the necessary marketing was happening.
We took over to manage the entire marketing function across all brands, all activities and all third parties.
In short this means that the correct marketing activities are happening, all possible opportunities are being addressed as they arise, all brands are running at full throttle at the same time, the marketing is effective and the budget is both lean and accountable to the increase in sales.Client
