Typical 401(k) plans are so complicated they leave 3 out of 4 people unprepared for retirement. Schwab Retirement Plan Services developed a bold new 401(k) plan to combat that problem, but bringing it to market meant convincing employers to change their thinking about how to help people save.
Solution:
Collaborating with Schwab’s business and marketing leaders, we developed a suite of communication materials with a focused, consistent message appealing to retirement plan sponsors: It’s time to rethink the 401(k).
Impact:
