The EvansHardy+Young team continually seeks new ways to grow honey usage among foodservice professionals on behalf of our client, the National Honey Board (NHB).
In 2011, at the height of the "culinary cocktail" movement, our research revealed that honey was not widely recognized as an alternative sweetener for cocktails and other beverages. With high margin opportunity, we developed a multi-year campaign to expand honey cocktail menu penetration in the United States.Client
