Vista Canyon is the vision of JSB Development, a full service real estate development firm with a history of successful projects in and around the Santa Clarita Valley. Working in partnership with globally-acclaimed architects Gensler and Johnson Fain, the plans for a 185-acre community featuring residential, mixed-use and office development had begun to take shape, and the project now needed a brand that was equal to the vision.
The developers selected BrandCulture to create a brand that captures the idyllic lifestyle and the dynamic opportunities that Vista Canyon will offer residents and businesses. Positioning Vista Canyon as the suburban experience reimagined, we developed a logo and an identity system that beautifully express the sophistication and sustainability that the community will bring together, and we executed the brand through a new website and presentation to prospective partners and tenants.Client
