Counterintuity has been working with the Pasadena Symphony for almost 7 years. We are a small company with limited staffing and using this agency affords us the ability to have the skills and experience of 4 staff members on a project by project basis. The best part is that they are so great at design and marketing strategy. Also, when you have staff turn over, it's okay because Counterintuity is your constant. I even use them to interview Marketing Director applicants so they also serve an HR function as well.
