I was dreading the creation of a new website, though our firm was in desperate need of it. We'd been running a handmade, patchwork Wix platform for our first few years in business and needed a professional, updated site, but I'd been through website (re)designs before and I was prepared to pay too much and not love the end result. Our partnership with Duckpin was not just a relief, but a joy. We were handled seamlessly from sales to design to messaging to content to launch… they were always two steps ahead of me.
The team reviewed all of the information I gave them - none of the concepts or messaging were far from the mark and they were willing to adjust immediately, given our feedback. Their project management was flawless, with meetings every two weeks to discuss progress - and often bonus features, much to our delight. The team was responsive, supportive, and encouraging. In addition to enjoying the process, we love the our new website. It's comprehensive and sophisticated, a much needed update. And, with our support contract, I can ask for help whenever I need it. I couldn't be happier.
