It is rare these days when we work on an activation and rely on just one vendor partner. With these partnerships, there is a ton of give and take...and everyone is expected to deliver an exceptional product/service. Not only has Groove Jones delivered every single time we've worked with them, but recently they also stepped up when another vendor over-promised and couldn't fulfill their SOW. Groove heard the issues, offered up two potential solutions, and literally pulled the activation off the trash heap.
