Over delivering and always listening
LG is a great mix of being small enough to really listen and engage with the client yet harnessing big thinking for outstanding creative. The give and take is healthy for both agency and client....few I've met will lay it all out there without ego or hurt feelings like these guys. And they do it with exceptional customer service and a flexibility I would not imagine possible
