Chose the agency for their ability to execute to a plan and a budget. And for the creativity and tactical advice we were provided with during the search for an agency.
We needed to end the project very early in our engagement due to issues with our UK licensing partner, so while I can't speak to concrete provided results, the initial planning process and first deliverable left me convinced we would have been very very happy with the finished product / results delivered to us by end of 2017.
