Founded in 1960, RS&E is an integrated communications firm with specialty practices in advertising, public relations, public affairs and social marketing. Our company is owned by Estelle Saltzman, chair of the board, Chris Holben, president and public relations director, Jane Einhorn, principal and client service/business development director; Scott Rose, principal and public affairs director, and Paul McClure, principal and advertising director.

Currently, we have 51 employees, including professional account managers, art directors, designers, news media experts, writers, production, print and broadcast specialists, media planners and buyers, marketing strategists and public relations staff.
