BBDO MPLS opened its doors over 80 years ago – as the first outpost of the BBDO network, which now has over 280 offices worldwide. Since then we’ve been proud to serve as both a cornerstone and springboard for the Twin Cities advertising industry. Today our team of almost 50 produces an impressive roster of digital and traditional work for clients including 3M, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, our longstanding collaborators at Hormel Foods focusing on iconic brands such as SPAM Brand, Hormel Chili, Skippy and Dinty Moore.

We specialize in behavior-changing ideas. Central to our philosophy is the belief that creativity is an economic multiplier. Business results are impacted by myriad factors, but combining great work with a great brand can push results exponentially higher than either in isolation. We start with a strategy-first, consumer-centric process built from behavioral observations and insights. Then we craft the work to ensure it is breakthrough, distinctive and motivating to change consumer behavior and drive business results
