They took the time to understand our workflows and use-cases and created an intuitive, human-like virtual agent that integrates seamlessly with our CRM system. The AI agent extracts customer information and provides accurate answers to repetitive queries and tracks all interactions. They integrated the custom AI agent with our Huawei IPCC system, allowing it to automatically hand off complex queries to a human agent whenever needed. This has significantly reduced our live agents workload by 60% and has improved customer experience. Overall their team has demonstrated excellent expertise in generative AI and machine learning technologies. They collaborated closely with us through the development, training and post-launch phases to ensure agent performance and accuracy.
