First Last Film makes films that do the job they were made for, whether that's a recruitment film candidates watch before they apply, a testimonial a sales team uses in every pitch, or an open day film families are still sharing long after the day itself. We're a video production company based near Woodbridge in Suffolk, and we film in London all the time. Since 2018 we've made over 40 films each for OakNorth and Dojo, a run of investor films for ASK Partners, school films for Culford, and charity films for Suffolk Family Carers, Alpha International and Dora Brown. Our short film The Harvest is an award winner at the New York International Film Awards. Most of the people in our films have never been filmed before, so we spend time with them before the camera comes out, keep the crew to two or three and don't hand anyone a script. Putting people at ease is the thing clients mention most in their reviews. Every project starts with a thirty minute conversation about what the film has to do and who has to sign it off. You get a fixed price for the agreed scope, and most films take four to six weeks from brief to delivery. The people in that first conversation stay with the film all the way to the final edit. We make brand films, corporate and recruitment films, customer testimonials and case studies, explainers and animation, event and conference films, training films, and social cuts from the same shoot. Most of our work sits between £5,000 and £15,000.
