We've been building brands for 34 years.

Primary created our first ad campaign in 1982. Since then, we’ve been known for creating compelling communications, winning over customers and building long-standing client partnerships. Fast forward thirty-four years and you’ll see the principles of marketing haven’t changed – just the mediums in which we work. Technology keeps evolving and we do, too, every step along the way. This evolution changes the way we engage with consumers, and once that conversation begins, it ends in impactful results.

We’ve been fortunate enough to do some great work for a variety of clients. Namely, we helped shape one of the most successful real estate companies in the US from its inception, AvalonBay Communities. We’ve branded hundreds of companies, run just as many large-scale campaigns and built websites for countless businesses. Needless to say, we’ve made a lot of good friends.

Projects

Greensboro Children's Museum

This children’s nonprofit needed a thought-provoking fundraising concept. So we created a series of PSAs that made the connection between play and lifelong skills easy to see in everyday ways. We distributed the spots via broadcast, social media, email and direct marketing—all driving to an online donation page. The result? Big community interest, dedication and dollars to “Give Play for Good.”
