Project Overview
Tool designers and engineers have played an active role in helping MakerBot with 3D printer product development. While we won’t take credit for any one MakerBot product, Tool collaborated with Bre and the Brooklyn crew on some kick-ass design work and hard core engineering problem solving. For the Replicator Mini in particular, MakerBot challenged the designers at Tool to develop a small, desktop 3D-printer that fit right in aesthetically to the burgeoning MakerBot form language.
