Project Overview
Nickelodeon Animation Studio came to Struck with a request to “revamp” their recruiting website. Trouble is, that one website was actually four different sites all launched to try and meet the needs of each of their key departments (animation, show production, training programs), resulting in confusing and often redundant content and engagement strategies.
Struck’s consolidated the sites into a single property and recommended a strong content strategy to better attract new talent back to Nick. The site’s clean and responsive design focuses on the robust content, reinforcing NAS as an irreverent and fun place for creators to fulfill their dreams, and highlighting the studio’s latest creations and opportunities within it.
Features include:
- Character/Show Timeline– blending physical and digital, this is translated from a wall mural depicting the color patterns of iconic characters, p[roviding a unique way to navigate show information
- Enrollment Triggers - As recruiting events come up throughout the year, alerts reveal additional elements of content relevant to that event, simplifying the enrollment and application processes.
- Creator Interviews – Includes a rare interview with the creator of Sponge Bob Squarepants – his first in several years.
- Recruitment video (shown above) – a Nick branded twist on what is normally a bland recruiting tool.Client
