Tell us the task you would hand off first, such as missed calls, late invoices, reminders or review requests, and we take care of it, free. We watch it closely for 30 days, and after that it keeps running in your own software, at no charge, whether or not you go further. When you want the full picture, we write a free Business Analysis: the kind of analysis large companies pay for, written from your own records. It shows where the time and money go, what to fix first and what to leave alone. It takes about one week and it is yours to keep. Then we do the work: software setup, data migration, marketing, automation and small business IT services, for wellness practices, the trades, landscaping, short-term rentals and property management. You get a report every Monday and a new Business Analysis every three months, so you can see what changed. $500 a month, no contract, no setup fee. Larger projects, such as a move to new software, are priced on their own and stated in writing first. We take no money from any software company. Chris Cobb spent 30 years building technology for large organizations. Behind him are 33 AI specialists covering business analysis, strategy, planning, data migration, marketing, project work and development.
