Mobile App Development for Private Equity FirmWe did not start with a clean slate, our initial concept for the app had already gone through a couple of revisions internally, and honestly, it was a bit messy by the time we brought Simpalm in. What stood out early was how they helped us untangle that thinking rather than just jumping straight into development.
The process was not overly rigid. There were stretches where we would go back and forth on small features, especially around user flow, and I remember having to re-explain one section because I hadn’t communicated it clearly the first time. They adjusted without making it a big deal, which I appreciated.
There was a short lull mid-project where progress felt slower than expected, but once we regrouped, things picked up again and moved steadily toward launch. The final app came out stable, and more importantly, usable in the way we intended. It was not perfect on the first pass, but they stuck with it until it felt right.
