Thug is a user research and experience design company that builds products. We conduct research and facilitate design that shapes emerging user experiences, for consumer electronics and high-tech products. And we build them too. We explore your customers’ situations and needs, and then apply this knowledge to our detailed understanding of your business offerings. Through this dual lens of discovery, we can focus on creating new ideas and concepts that will increase the success of your business. When we fully understand what users want, we can design prototypes focused on delivering an experience that feels right to them. Through shaping and defining the best possible experience, we can meet or even exceed customer expectations. Each of our final products or services is delivered only when we have exhaustively validated the concept and tested – and retested – the prototype. This is true whether requirements were defined in earlier stages of our process, or created externally and provided by others.
