The process was step by step, at each point CRFT Video gave us feedback and suggestions - nothing was too much trouble. They provided us storyboard and they accepted all the comments from our Marketing team. We gave them all the materials, logo and guidelines, so they can use it in their work. They were very quick in responding to feedback on what needed to be changed.
