Increasingly the answer has been for agencies to merge, creating powerful behemoths but this model lacks agility, transparency and limits entrepreneurial mindsets.
We have built an integrated agency model, with multi-disciplinary staff, and we use flexible team building to merge different skills sets. We believe this is the agency model of the future.
