We hired ISS Art to create an app for sufferers of stress-related insomnia.
We wanted a free and paid premium version of a fully functional app. It included questionnaires that generated recommendations and awarded bonuses.
The team delivered a very good product. They tested everything, so once the app was published, it was functional and free of bugs.
That was vital since users can review the app and negative reviews have a great impact. They also cut costs and bought time when my finances were strained.
My project coordinator was my main interface with the team, which made communication smooth and easy. Both the coordinator and the whole ISS team were very responsive. They gave regular progress reports so I could track the costs and budget.
