MindSea came in with an RFP response that fit within our budget but still offered a robust app redesign and blueprint process. Guiding the app to launch was easy on my end because MindSea did a ton of the work. They managed their time and resources efficiently and brought in experts in specific areas throughout the process. While I know we aren't their biggest customer, I feel like we are treated like their most important every time. The team there will do way more than is asked of them and they are eager to offer recommendations from their portfolio of experience. We have enjoyed solid growth of the app they designed even without putting marketing dollars behind it. The app has gone from receiving regular complaints to receiving regular praise and dramatically increased usage from our customers. Together, we have created an app that both companies are extremely proud of.
