I first started working with ROI eight years ago when they were the agency of record for my former employer. During that time we created several award winning commercials and campaigns that resulted in exponential growth for that organization. After joining the Executive Team at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union as Chief Marketing Officer, I ascertained that our credit union needed creative branding and communications assistance in order to grow. I immediately called ROI. Elliot Dalberg and his team developed a creative mass media campaign coupled with social media services that we began running in January of this year. For the past eight months, we have seen 15% increase in loan volume and experienced positive member growth. Internet and radio advertising are now accounting for 12% of our new members.
